Fall Recreation General Information Page The Recreational Program is geared towards providing a fun, competitive, and safe soccer environment for kids. All kids are welcome and Cecil Soccer League (CSL) strives to make it a positive experience for the players and their families. The program consists of 8 game season at Chesland Soccer Complex.
