We are a established soccer league located in Cecil County, MD. Whether you are interested in a Recreational, Competitive and/or Winter (indoor) program, we would love for your family to become part of our family!

Check Policy

By using a check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law.

Refund Policy

At Cecil Soccer League it is our goal to provide the best soccer experience possible.  We understand that situations occur after a player registers where the player will be unable to participate in a season due to financial, medical or personal conflicts.  As a result we have established the following refund policy.
 
  • All requests for refund must be made in writing (e-mail) to info@cecilsoccer.orgPlease include Players Name, Date of Birth, Registering Parents Name, Email Address, Phone Number and a reason for the refund in all refund requests. 
  • All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee per player.
  • No refunds will be issued for players pulling out because of not being placed on requested team.
  • No refunds will be issued to players due to practice times or locations not being convenient.
  • Requests received before “Open Registration” closes will be considered for refund up to 100% of the registration fee less the $10 per player processing fee.
  • Requests received after registration closes but before opening day will be considered for refund up to 50% of the registration fee less the $10 per player processing fee.
  • Refunds will not be issued after 1st game of the season.  Special circumstances (ie Injury, Move, etc…) will be considered on a case by case basis. 
The Executive Board will review the request and provide a resolution.  Processing fee will not be charged if player elects to accept a credit towards a future season instead of a refund.  All Refunds will be issued by check payable to the individual who originally registered the player.  Refunds will be mailed to the address associated with the original registration.  If the refund should be mailed to an address other than the one in Team Snap then those details need to be included in the refund request.
